About the Instructor:
Chelsea Bodamer began practicing yoga in 2010 as a way to shift her perspective both mentally and physically. Yoga has helped her to connect with herself in a way that has been truly transformative. In 2014, her love for practice lead her to complete her 200 hour yoga training at Southtown Yoga in St. Louis, MO and in 2019 she completed her 300 hour advanced yoga training at Yoga Oasis in Tucson, AZ. Collectively, she has three years of teaching experience and draws influence from her teachers Darren Rhodes, Sam Rice, Christina Sell, Brigette Finley, and Manorama. Off the mat, Chelsea can be found camping and exploring, spending time with her best four-legged friend—Apollonia—and wandering the city in search of the best green spaces.

What to Bring:
Bring your own mat or towel. We also suggest a water bottle.

Where to Park:
There is on street parking as well as a parking lot between Shadyside Detail and Harris Grill (off of Ellsworth Ave) that can be utilized.

We pride ourselves in our houseplant selection and we truly believe our homes are much better with them! We are here to teach you how to care for the plants we have, find a good fit for your home and empower you to enjoy them as well!

Our Houseplant Haven at dusk.

We are committed to providing our community with high quality plants and we find great value in the process. Nearly all of our annuals, perennials, and vegetable seedlings are started by from seed or small plugs by us each season. It’s a true labor of love and incredibly rewarding to foster thousands of seedlings in the greenhouse before they make their way to new homes. Can’t wait to see you for our season opener on Friday, April 19th!
